Message	I have never heard of a recall for a limiter.. maybe they forgot to put one on this car.. have him test it... =) See what happens. Anyhow, the big thing is the limiter will not make a hp difference... does it have a stock exhaust? See if you can't find out the mods on it! Pssst... I'm selling mine too...
